All CFAM experiences begin with the Foundation Session to establish a shared understanding before exploring more specialized topics.
After completing the Foundation Session, teams may choose one specialized workshop to further explore an area of female athlete development.

The off-season provides a unique opportunity to step back from the demands of competition and intentionally invest in personal growth. The CFAM Off-Season Reset Program helps athletes use this time to reflect on their previous season, strengthen foundational habits, reconnect with their bodies, and create a vision for the season ahead.
Through four guided sessions, athletes will develop a deeper understanding of themselves both on and off the field while building practical strategies to support long-term success.
